75 gallon planted discus newbie!

Have a look at my tank. Please excuse the glass scratches and not so good photography lol! The discus are baby red scribbles. What do ya think?

That's one crazy lush carpet! Is it dwarf hairgrass and glosso? Looks great.

I also have a 75 gal planted and hoping to introduce Discus this week. You're tank looks great, do you use co2. Did you get the Discus online?

DANG!! That tank is lush.


By the way, if you tone down the brightness, it should get rid some of the obvious scratches. I hate scratches also. They are a PITA

Cool tank!

Is that an HMF (Hamburger Mattenfilter) I see there in the left corner? If so, it is really well disguised...love it! I use one in my 10ga...

that looks great! i think giving the DHG a nice trim would make it look even better

Looking closer, I can see slits in the black box, making me believe it is an overflow, as opposed to a Hamburg Mattenfilter.

Also, if you gave those stems a trim and planted the tops, you could get some nice bushes going on. Looks awesome though so far!
