Boon's 60F now with Video

I don't know what happen so this post is gone. Somehow it got erase after I edited it. oh well.

*Edit* - Does this help?

Finally purchased myself an ADA tank. Woot! i got my 60F, the big bag of aqua soil1, 2 small bag of forest sand, and an Do Aqua Mini LillyPipe (outflow) only till my budget picks back up for the other half

I've search the net the last 2 weeks for ideas on how to scape this tank and found nothing. So I'm going to need some help since this is my first time actually scaping a tank. This is also my first journal so bare with me on this one guys and gals. one of the pics i did a rough draft of what i envision(MS paint SKILLZ). There's a slope from back to the front down towards the right side. BROWN IS AQUASOIL, YELLOW IS FOREST SAND.

Let me what ya'll think. On to the pictures. oh before i forget, this is not where the tank is actually going to sit, i haven't found a stand for it yet.

TANK:
ADA 60F
24x12x7
8.7 gallon (i think)

LIGHTING:
2x hampton bay 27w 6700k desk lamp

FILTRATION:
ZooMed 501
*might switch to a EHEIM 2213 if there's not enough flow.

SUBSTRATE:
ADA Aquasoil 1
ADA forest sand Orinoco or Xingu

PLANTS:
i don't know yet. Was thinking some Dwarf hairgrass, marisilia Sp. Anubis petite, XMAS moss, and probably blyxa.

INHABITANT:
Some kind of SHRIMP (unsure at the moment)
5x Amano Shrimp
3x ottos
2x Scarlet Badis (after shrimp colony established)

That's a great stump. It's nice how it tapers off on the end instead of just looking clean cut. Hopefully those two smaller pieces of wood won't float.

Love that tanks dimensions. I have a stump scape similar to yours. I can't wait to see how this turns out.

What im in love! i love the forest sand in the right side, really brings a whole other focal point in. The stump is FANTASTIC looking! Are you planning on growing anything out out of the water?

thanks guys and gals. As for the exposed wood I was thinking about buying some kind of house plant to wrap the top portion so that it looks like a tree with the bottom half submerged and the top above the water.

I went out to a local thrift store and found a stand for the tank. I've already filled the tank with water. Luckily the two small pieces of driftwood didn't float. I re-arrange the small right DW so that it's not breaking the barrier between the forest sand and aquasoil. There's currently nothing in the tank right now. Probably start planting tomorrow if I could find some Dwarf Hairgrass at the LFS. Won't be another 2-3 weeks before i start adding fish and shrimp. Gotta let the tank cycle first.
