Newly Planted 38g Low Light

Here is my tank that I recently updated and re-planted. New filter, heater, lightbulb, and some plants. After moving a number of times and finally settling I think I almost have it back where I want it. I just need to find a home for the majority of my platies. I re-planted 2 days ago. Tell me what you think.

Specs:

Tank: 30x12x22 (What size do I call this?) ~35g
Lighting: Coralife fixture/Sun Paq 65w 10,000/6,500k
Filter: XP3 w/150w Smartfilter
Substrate: 40lbs Eco Complete

Ferts: Excel 3x/week
Flourish 1x/week
Root tabs

Flora: Java fern - regular and narrow leaf
Java moss
Marimo Ball
Micro Sword
Anubias barteri var nana
Anubias barteri var "broad leaf"
Anubias lanceolata
Anubias afzelii
Crypt Wendtii "red"
Crypt Retrospiralis

Ludwigia repens

Fauna: 2x Anglefish
20x? Platies
3x Yellow Mollies (parents were black)
1x Oto
1x Candystripe? Pleco

So here is my plan with the placement of the plants. On the left I would like the Ludwigia to grow tall enough to conceal the heater and the micro sword to cover most of the foreground. Before I had to take down the tank to move, both of these plants accomplished this without any ferts. The right has slower growing plants that I'm hoping will fill in a little more and look "natural" as this happens. I'm also hoping the moss covers more of the wood.
