Old Tank:
I'm going to start a new journal for the new tank...I'm not feeling so good, so please bear with me to keep up with posting here...:S

You can pretty much tell the changes from the pics...some of the plants went into the 29, trimmed the marsilae, blyxa's grow like freakin' weeds, and the latest change [to come] are finishing my stocking:

1x Male Betta [Crowntail...Pumpkin is getting his own tank]
5x Threadfin Rainbowfish
5x Ember Tetras
3x Otocinclus
10x Red Cherry Shrimp
Snails...

Thanks for the compliments! It has changed alittle and I'm waiting for some more plants [hairgrass], a new lid [this one has reached it's life's end....:/], and a new filter...I put my 2 black Kuhlie Loaches in here [for the 55] 'till I can get the 125 and I'm going to also pull the guppies when I pull the kuhlies, to also go into the 125...

Since this tank has NO foreground or hardscape [or even midground] it looks alittle weird...so, no FTS's yet...but as you can tell, problemman, by this post...I will add a hardscape[driftwood or rainbow rock].

Jake, Thanks, a friend in my forum made me the sigpic.

I got a new pic...

This pic doesn't show some of the plants I've planted back, so it'll be a bit before that's posted because I've still got some other stuff too...Other things:

1) New filter...I'm buying that today.
2) New plants, Dwarf Hairgrass Mainly...coming soon
3) Red Cherry Shrimp... coming eventually. lol

Newest picture.

I finished planting all the plants intended for here. The Blyxa and Sunset Hygros have a few aerial roots I want to trim and there is some BBA on the marsilae I need to peroxide off...

Oh, the guppies are continuing to grow quickly and my friend is sending my 2 GIANT ones, 1 Deformed one [aww...] and ? Juvies...this tank is guppy central until the 125 is setup.

Looks good! I like tanks that are more plants than hardscape.

Thanks!

I really want to "finish" this tank...but for now it's good enough. My camera can't capture how this tank looks in real life....but it really is beautiful! It sits on my computer table so I can look at it instead of yelling at the computer for being stupid and slow...LOL

I redid the tank alittle since my tank really needed a better hard scape and what's better then a hiding place [dino. skull!] for the otos, shrimp, snail, betta AND future ember tetras? It needed a thinning of the hygros, but seems to be growing already...again! You can really tell the progression through the pictures!

Anyways, the best pics:

Thanks Jake! This is my first planted tank that went the way I actually wanted it too...

Tomorrow is cleaning day for it, so I'll try to get some new, better pictures.

Sadly, IDK when I'll order the embers....depends how much I'll have left over from the netbook...so it may or may not be soon...

Returning to normal

It's getting back to it's usual weedy self that I love!

Pics:

FTS

[This bacopa and the other came to me, very tiny and yet they are taking over as you can tell by the FTS! Even in the beginning of this 'scape, that was all new growth! :P]

This plant, came in the same way, yet LOVES my tanks too. :P
Plants

Fish from this tank and a few others

I think this tank might get neglected though because soon I'm going to the salty side [a 6gal nano with some gobies]...so we'll see how it works out...

Sooooo...the tank crashed. I lost Pumpkin, the 2 adult female red/yellow guppies, &, a threadfin for w/e reason..so I changed the gravel and that made the poor plants weaker. I suck at this tank right now.

Here is the new guy:

Wendigo[google it] based on the tank's new name. :P
