Hi, I recently saw a facebook add for a rimless tank that include nets, airstone and other little things. I couldnít pass it up but when I asked how many gallons, they said 1-2. Im going to buy it anyways but I know its too small to house any actual fish.
I was thinking about just doing a planted tanks but plants need nutrients so I need some life. All info I could find was either ghost shrimp or snails. In the near future I might get 1 pea puffer so I thought Iíd start a snail farming operation so I could have a constant food source. Only problem is idk what to feed the snails. I wanted to keep it in my room so some algea is gine but i dont want a green box because Ik most snails are algea eaters. Leave any advice on a differnt idea for the 1-2G tank or what to do feed the snails.
They'll eat organic vegetables. Just par boil, let it cool down a bit and then just drop it in. Spinach, pumpkin, zucchini etc. They will also eat fish food and algae wafers. Just supplement once maybe twice a week. Enough food to finish within an hour or two.
