Citric acit - Baking soda Co2 - Pressure dropping

I have Citric acit - Baking soda co2 kit. it is standard D-201 - link at the end. After I set it up, about 1 hour later it slows down and finally stops bubbling. Then I readjust the needle valve, and it stops again about one hour later again. I couldn't find any leak. in fact I removed it from the tank and put the pipe end to a bucket.

There is no backpressure diffuser vise etc.. just end pipe to a bucket. And it stops in there too. I don't get it. My pressure gauge remains stable. So I thought there is a leak in the pipe or needle valve but it seems there is not. How is this possible I really don't get the physics of it. There is almost no backpressure Anyone has opinion ?
