Question Is this the scale typically used for water hardness?

Is this the correct list to find out if your water hardness? (If not - what is the correct list?)

0 - 4 dH, 0 - 70 ppm : very soft
4 - 8 dH, 70 - 140 ppm : soft
8 - 12 dH, 140 - 210 ppm : medium hard
12 - 18 dH, 210 - 320 ppm : fairly hard
18 - 30 dH, 320 - 530 ppm : hard

I am asking because we got a report with our water bill that shows the following:

Alkalinity, Total (ppm) 59
Hardness, Total (ppm) 124
pH (standard units) 7.3
Calcium (ppm) 25
Magnesium (ppm) 7
Nitrates (ppm) 10

Based on these figures, I have a few questions.
Is my water soft?
Am I correct in thinking my Alkalinity = Kh = 59/17.848 = 3.3 dkh and what does this mean for my plants?
Do I have enough Calcium and Magnesium, or should I be supplementing either/both or them?
If I should be supplementing them: How much? I had purchased MgSO4 and CaSO4, so I can use these if needed.

Looks right to me regarding the scaled ranges and your water report tested levels look like good numbers also. 6-7dGH and 3-3.5dKH out of the tap I would never have purchased my RO system.

edit add. According to Edwards PPS/PPS pro over on APC Ca to Mg ratio of 3:1 or 4:1 (depending on the system) is a target range.

With a GH of 6-7 you're good, no need to add Ca or Mg.

This is the scale I've seen the most. It's also the one our water suppliers use:

soft <17 mg/L CaCO3
slightly hard 17-60 mg/L CaCO3
moderately hard 60-120 mg/L CaCO3
hard 120-180 mg/L CaCO3
very hard >180 mg/L CaCO3

Thanks guys. I know this is awful, but I was under the impression our water was rock hard from the comments my LFS made. I am starting to learn more and more not to listen to the LFS around here. Go figure.
