Nutrafin CO2 isn't working?

I just recently set up the Nutrafin Co2 system. when I set it up, I see the bubble of CO2 come up, but it doesn't go to the ladder, it just goes straight up to the top and pops.

I set it up correctly I believe, and I'm not sure what's wrong. Any ideas?

Please help, I really don't want my Monte Carlo carpet to die.

Make sure you push in the output part.

Mango is right, there is a little notch on the ladder for the clasp of the tubing.

The part where the bubbles come out. Push it into the ladder.

As long as the bubbles are dissolved before it reaches the top, it's doing it's job.

It doesn't matter how fast it goes up. It matters how much CO2 is actually getting dissolved before it reaches the top.

I don't think it dissolves. Can I email you a video?

Hope this worked, Here's the link

As you can see its as if it stops going at a certain part, and then all of sudden just pops up.

Give biofilm some time to build on the ladder so it's slippery.

How long do you think?

It has improved. Here's a video, it still seems to get stuck at the top.

Also this is a bit off topic, but my DIY CO2 is also not working. I see in the water bottle with the bubble counter it puts a bubble every 6 seconds. But at the air stone I don't see any fizzing.
