Help me create a dosing routine?

Hey everyone. I need some assistance with setting up a dosing schedule. I have a 4gal walstad bowl and just got the rest of my Seachem order. I didn't think I'd need ferts with the walstad method, but the plants are showing deficiencies in the older leaves and stunted, pale new growth.

4 gal bowl (3 gal of water), 13 watt cfl running 7.5 hr photo period, moderately planted with water wistera, rotala, and dwarf sag. I've been dosing .5mL Excel every other day for almost three weeks. Today, I'm on day 3 of fishless cycle with Dr. Tim's ammonia. On day 4 of cycle, ammonia is at ~2.0ppm, Nitrites >5.0ppm, and Nitrates at 0ppm. Lastly, I checked pH a few days ago and I'm steady at 7.4-7.6.

Here's what I have to use:
-Excel
-Flourish
-N, P, K, Fe

I'm hoping someone can help me set up a 7 day schedule to start. I have Seachem's fert schedule printed from their site, but not sure if I should be using it.

Flourish excel daily
Flourish comp and iron dosed together, 2 times a week
Nitrogen, potassium, phosphates are all dosed together, 2 times a week but not the same days as comp and iron.

As for amount stick with the amount they suggest on the bottle. I don't think it's really needed either but try it and see how things go. You can always stop or cut back later on. I would do weekly water changes after the cycle is complete too, until plants look good.

We're these plants just recently bought from a lfs? It's also normal for plants to look crap for the first little bit until they get established. Give it a bit a time.

Thanks for the reply! I will try your suggestions.

Stem plants were purchased locally from a forum member with a high tech tank, C02 and all. The dwarf sag from [Ebay Link Removed]

The old original leaves show the worst rot, but the new leaves on the rotala are stunted and showing holes already. The water wistera is growing nicely but pale.

We'll see how the dosing helps! Thanks again!
