Question Seachem Flourish/Flourish Excel/Equilibrium

Ok so I have had my 20G low-tech/light tank set up since the 10th. IM NOT USING CO2. I ordered KNO3 and KH2PO4. I just realized these are "macro's".

In my tank currently I have:
1 20lb bag of eco-complete black
3 small java ferns (8 or so blades on each plant, one has 3 plantlets on the tips) and a petco moss ball. (Java moss attached to a pingpong ball, weighted down with a weight and fishing line so it "floats")
1- female betta

The moss ball is kinda gettin dingey lookin and the ferns look the same as the day I brought them home, which isnt sayin much really.

Now the question is: Should I look into getting some Seachem Flourish, Flourish Excel, or Seachem Equilibrium?

extra:
I am about to run this light when it gets here: Corallife Freshwater Aqualight 24" Double T-5 Strip W/14W Colormax & 6700K Plant Bulb

Is that "too much light" for a 20G without CO2?

How long should my photoperiod be with these plants? It is currently at like 10-12 hours depending on when I wake up/go to bed. At least until I can afford a digital timer.

I'm sure someone else will chime in on the lighting. I would say yes to the excel, and I don't think the Flourish will hurt. As for the Equilibrium, it's really only used if you have extremely low GH in the water you put into your tank, ie RO water or if your tap water has very low GH.

There's no basement in the alamo.
