Confused about mixing EI solutions

hello! I tore down and re-started my 15 gallon for the third time during New Year's Eve/Day. This time I decided to get serious about lighting, heavily planting, CO2, and ferts, and so far I like what I see!! The only problem is I'm super confused about my DIY macro and micro mixtures, and I want to make sure I get it right... getting kinda tired of tearing down and re-starting this tank.

Here are the results from 3 different calculators: 2 of them say I need to add tons of GRAMS of nutrients to 500 mL of solution and 1 of them says I need to add MILLIGRAMS of nutrients to 500 mL. That's a HUGE difference.

From aquariumcalculators.com:

From rotalabutterfly.com:

From yanc.rotalabutterfly.com:

For the solution I made this week, I went with the YANC's version of milligrams being mixed with 500 mL, but I feel like that's a REALLY SMALL, almost insignificant, amount to dose every day. On the other hand, adding lots of GRAMS to 500 mL seems like A LOT to dose every day. So which is it? Plus one calculator says 89g KNO3 to 500mL while another says 69.44g KNO3. I know it takes however much it takes, but I'd like to make my dry ferts last as long as possible/not wasted unnecessarily.

I really appreciate any and all input! All of my planted tanks have failed over the last 2-3 years, and I'm determined to make this one succeed. Today is water change day so I'm hoping to re-mix my solutions to get this first full EI week started off right.

Equipment/Ferts:
15 gallon (24" x 12.5" x 12.5")
Ehiem Ecco 2232
Hydor Inline heater
Planted+ 24" light on 8 hours
CO2 with inline GLA bubble counter and reactor ~1.5bps
O+ tabs under the plants
EI dosing (DIY solution)
EcoComplete substrate

Fauna:
6 Cardinal tetra, 2 White Cloud Mountain minnows, 3 habrosus corydoras, 1 angel ram, 1 calico pleco

Plants:
Rotala Green
Rotala H ra aka Gia Lai
Rotala Rotundifolia
Bacopa Monnieri/ Caroliana
Rotala Magenta[censored]
Ludwigia red
some Ludwigia brevipes and or Ludwigia Arcuata
Alternanthera Reineckii

EI recipe is given in teaspoons because not everyone has a scale that measures down to fractions of a gram.

Start with teaspoons and figure it out.

From sticky at top of this forum:
20~40gal
50% H20 change-weekly
1/4 Tsp-KN03 3x a week
1/16 Tsp-KH2P04 3x aweek
1/2 Tsp-GH booster once a week
5ml or 1/16Tsp-Trace 3x a week
Optional
1-2ml-Fe/Iron 3x a week

Cut in half for a 15 gallon, add my comments:
50% water change
1/8 tsp KNO3
1/32 tsp KH2PO4
GH booster if needed. (maybe just needed at water change time, if at all)
1/32 tsp CSM+B
1/128 tsp chelated iron (optional)

Now lets do some thinking:
You want to make up 500ml bottles.
If you dose @ 1 ml of solution per 3 gallons of tank volume, (this is as concentrated as I can make it) you will dose @ 5ml/ day.
You will get 100 days of dosing in each bottle.
So, multiply the green recipe by 100:

50% water change
12.5 tsp KNO3
3.125 tsp KH2PO4
GH booster if needed.
3.125 tsp CSM+B
.78 tsp chelated iron (optional)

Round or alter to tablespoons to make it easier:
50% water change
4.25 tablespoons KNO3
3.125 tsp KH2PO4
GH booster if needed.
3.125 tsp CSM+B
.75 tsp chelated iron (optional)

I use something like the purple version to make up fertilizers for my own tanks. Tanks that have more fish (so get more fish food) would get a modified version with less KNO3, but some K2SO4 to reduce the NO3 dose, but maintain the potassium dose.
If you are just dosing the one tank, then I would make up perhaps 1/4 of a recipe or less, and test it out. See how the test results (including plant growth) work out. Then adjust the recipe to suit how your tank is running.

Same as purple, just less- this is 1/5 of a recipe, so just use 100ml of water. Same dosing (1ml/3 gal). Note I have gone back to teaspoons, and rounded the dosing to commonly available teaspoon fractions.
50% water change
2.5tsp KNO3
.5 tsp KH2PO4
GH booster if needed.
.5 tsp CSM+B
.125 tsp chelated iron (optional)

Thank you for your input! Even though I do have a scale that measures in 0.001g, I was starting to lean toward tablespoons and tsp just to make things easier since it doesn't have to be super EXACT. I'll start with 1/5 solution mixes and see how things go. Thanks again!
