Deficiency or toxicity?

I was getting some pale new growth with these strange dark dots and pink spots on leaves together with slowed growth on my Rotala Colorata. First I thought it's an iron deficiency, so I increased dosing of traces and Fe and added some more N.
Just within few days, it's gotten even worse...not much growth, leaves turning pink with some transparent patches (I know it's colorata and should be red, but is weird pale pink coloring).
Picture below was taken just 5 days apart. Is this some kind of deficiency or I developed toxicity?
Currently I'm dosing EI with EasyLife liquid ferts (small 6gal tank)
N 10ppm
P 1ppm
K 15ppm
Traces with 0,5ppm Fe
additional 0,2 Fe
Co2 is on 1hour before lights on and off with lights.
