So of I mix up 2 liters and keep it in the fridge it will be okay for a long time?

There is no advantage of keeping the macro nutrient mixes in the refrigerator since they don't change with time, any more than ordinary salt water changes with time. Trace element mixes have chelators added, which are organic chemicals, and which might deteriorate eventually, or grow some fungus in them. Those might keep longer if refrigerated.
