RO Water Low-Tech Planted tank fertilization advice needed!!!

I have incredibly awful well water where I live. PH is somewhere around 8.5-9.0, GH is low near 0 and KH is like 20 meq/L. Because of this I use RO water and add Seachem equalibrium to the storage can I keep my water in. Besides equalibrium what other ferts should I use? My tanks are a 55 and 10 gallon dirted that were both started almost 2 months ago. I have just recently started adding a bit of Flourish and also heard that flourish excel is not good to use for plants like Jungle Val which I have a lot of (havent seen any growth yet in 55). What do you suggest I use?
