EI Measurement Questions

Could really use some help in regards to starting EI dosing. Being that I have a 20G, should I be dosing for 10-20G or 20-40G? If I do dose for 10-20G, the EI dosing guidelines suggest the following:
1/8 TSP for Nitrate
1/32 TSP for Potassium & Phosphorus
1/32 TSP for CSM+B

Macros MWF, Micros TThS

Does this sound correct? Given that the substrate, driftwood and plants displace some of the water, dosing for 20-40G seems like it would be way too high. Would really appreciate feedback.

A picture of this whole tank will help to see what amount of/type of plants are involved.
This thread gives a good dosing list in solution form and dry dosing.

You will note that it says for heavily planted injected CO2 tanks.
I use the one marked 5ml/10g for my 10g tank. But I do modify it a bit.
How I arrived at how much of each nutrient providing fert(KNO3/K2SO4/KH2PO4) is
not what you need to be using but rather this part. I only use 3ml doses instead of 5ml
doses first and second I only do two each week instead of three. You can see that this
tank is not heavily planted and that all but the Rotala are slow growing plants.
But I also add no CO2 or Excel(liquid carbon substitute) to it.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...
