Adding more potassium

I noticed my plants stopped growing so I cheched my GH, nitrates and phosphates then dosed KNO3, MgSO4 and CaCl plus PlantGro trace with iron. My plants grew well for a few days and then stopped again. Some anubias developed pinholes and leaf curling on the leaves that had just grown to full size and I figured that meant a potassium deficiency and I added some, now I have a few questions.

Will those pinholed and curled leaves improve now or should I just leave them or prune them, and is it right to just add potassium or should I have dosed everything again?
