Root Tabs?

Someone posted a while ago about some root tabs that color wise don't show up as much when using black substrate. Dose anyone recall what I am talking about? I could not find the post.

Thanks

Same here, except I have a cap of Peace River gravel. The tabs are dark grey and go completely under the substrate surface.

I have Fluorish root tab pieces under coarse white sand, and the pieces are not visible.

Sorry to hijack, do you have the cap over the eco Complete? Do you have a pic by any chance?

http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002APMU6?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00 over http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0002DH0QM?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=od_aui_detailpages00.

The main problem is that planting or anything else that disturbs the substrate can cause the Eco grains to come up to the surface.

I use the seachem tabs with flourite black and can't see them.

The tabs also stink. Even in two layers of bags they stink, haha.
