Dry Fertz confusion

I am totally confused, trying to start over,
I have on hand a bunch of different things I have collected over time and haven't used.
Not sure what to use or mix with what I have on hand, or what I am missing.
Light= Med
Plants Anubis and jungle val
Non Co2

From one place
MMN formula,
1part KNo3,1part K2SO4,1 Part MgSO4,1Part CSM+B
Iron Chelate 13% with EDTA

From a different place
Plantex CSM+B
GH Booster

I looked at a thread that had these guidelines for a high light and Co2
would this be OK for non Co2 200 gallon setup?

50% H20 change-weekly
3/4 Tsp-KN03 3x a week
3/16 Tsp-KH2P04 3x a week
1 Tsp-GH booster once a week
15ml 3/16Tsp-Trace 3x a week-------trace?
4-8ml-Fe/Iron 3x a week"

Nutrient uptake is driven by growth, which itself is driven by light + CO2. High light + CO2 = fast growth = high nutrient uptake. Med light + no CO2 = slower growth = less nutrient uptake.

You can find how much to dose by using any of the available fert calculators such as this one. I would recommend to start with EI low light/weekly dosing regime, and adjust from there based on the response of your plants. It's probably a good idea to dose the trace element mix (plantex CSM+B) twice weekly, since these nutrients don't last long in the water.

Feel free to edit.
