I just grabbed the latest files from the github directory and tossed it up temporarily because I too was looking for it.

my results are exactly the same as http://yanc.rotalabutterfly.com/. However, the major issue is that it appears to be relying on a http://rota.la for some computations, perhaps for the solution calculations which I am not receiving on my website, and neither is the rotalabutterfly.com url.

they're also running a nicer looking version on the main url, but it doesn't appear to be giving the correct results... 166.65g of KNO3 for a 180g tank, vs 8.0g from the old calculator. Not sure which to believe.

further, neither off solution results despite offering the ability to check for it.

The main page calculator can be misleading at times due to errors in wording... If you selected "a solution" it is going to calculate how many grams to add to the solution, but then tell you that is the amount to add to your aquarium. But you're not adding that all to your aquarium, you're adding it to a solution bottle and then adding parts of that to your tank.

In your case, it looks like you calculated EI for a solution where the bottle is 20 times the size of your dose.. ie: 200ml bottle with 10ml dosing.. 400ml at 20ml per dose, etc...

If you just want the single-dose amounts, tell it dry-dosing. It computes 8.3325 grams for that, assuming you set it to 4 digits past decimal

8.3325grams/dose * 20 doses = 166.6 grams per 200ml bottle dosed out at 10ml each.

im looking for a 2ppm for PO4 using KH2PO4, my tank is a 5gal, and i want it at 2 ml every dose. but it only gives me ah 108mg of KH2PO4 for a 500ml water.

but for my erlier mixture of KH2PO4 and for EI dosing im mixing 17.63g and it is giving me 1.30ppm

I have no idea how you're getting those numbers wildstick...

Which calculator were you using? http://yanc.rotalabutterfly.com/ (wet's old calculator) or http://rotalabutterfly.com/ (new one)?

I get 13.56 grams for 2ppm target in a 500ml bottle with 2ml per dose on the new calculator (although the wording suggests adding 13.56 to the aquarium, it is computing the solution)

EI dosing is 8.82 grams:

The old calculator gives me 54mg, but if you tinker with it, when you select "what dose to reach target" it gives you the same numbers for dry dosing or solution mix.. thus, the old one isn't actually doing solutions at all, but rather computing a single dry dose.

I'm still not sure how you got 108mg.

Im getting 13.5 grams/500ml for 1.99ppm/2ml using the new yanc. (500ml divided by 2ml = 250 doses. 54mg per dose x 250 = 13500mg = 13.5g for 500ml)

Here Im getting 14 grams for 2.07 ppm - http://www.theplantedtank.co.uk/calculator.htm .

Better double check my math, but 13.75 grams should put you about right.
