The TDS of RO water will be zero or very near it if the filters are good.
After adding buffers or nutrients, this significantly increases TDS.
The reading after adding buffers or salt will depend on how much you add..

I'm not going to ask why you would want to add alkaline & acid buffers.

My product water is .01 TDS post filter. 0.02 after a couple thousand gallons and needing to change filters.
TDS after adding a GH booster or anything else will depend on what you add.
Setting my water for the tanks I ignore TDS and base my mix on target GH/KH levels.
