OK to dose after lights out?

I'm using seachem ferts and dosing according to the excel spreadsheet I found on this site, but its making my water a little cloudy for a few hours. I was thinking is it ok to dose ferts after lights out? Below are the calculations from the spreadsheet. The dosage is higher then what Seachem recommens on seachem's dosing chart. I have a 75 gallon high light tank.

CONVERT 151.4 LITERS TO 40.00 GALLONS DOSING: mL/ 75 GALLONS CONVERT 40 GALLONS TO 151.40 LITERS

If you can dose within a couple of hours before lights on its better for the plants according to more experienced folks.

Do the dosages look correct for a 75 gallon? I want to make sure I'm not doing anything wrong.

I'm using NPK dry ferts.(cheaper) EI and PPS dosing schedules so I'm not sure as I have only Excel in house for spot algae issues. The excel dose looks correct though.

API test kits are reasonably accurate for the money. Until you get the 'feel' for the tank testing helps. NO3, PO4, GH, KH

Great basic information here in straight foward format.
