Dry Fertilizer questions.

So I plan on using dry fertilizer specifically this kit here it was recommended to me by a few users. Assuming that is all I need and not all the others with it. But basically I want to know after the tank is setup the first day when can I start my dry fertilizer schedule? I assume some people wait a certain amount of time to do certain things like fertilizers when setting up a new tank. Also to avoid having to make a new post if anyone knows about how long I should wait before using lighting on the first setup as well any info appreciated thanks.

The lights would depend on how high your light level is. You don't want to start out/w full lights on new plants if you have high light.
If you are going to cycle the tank I'd do that before I start the ferts.
If you already have the plants then start as soon as you put it all together.
If you get a fairly large amount of plants they already have the beneficial Bacteria on them and they will cycle the tank, but the Bacteria count will be low.
If that is what you do then just start/w a couple of fish after three weeks and
let that be all you put in for a couple of weeks and then gradually add more.
Space the rest about at least a week apart. 2 for a 20g or 4-5 for like a 55g. each time.

The shortest distance between any two points is a straight line...in the opposite direction...

Thanks I was going to get this Finnex FugeRay Planted+ but there is supposedly another model that is coming out soon I read so not sure if I should wait for not. It's for a 40 breeder so I will likely have to check out the lighting forum and get info on that as well. But for now I will likely setup hardscape and wait a while before I put any plants in since I have no clue what plants I will be starting with.
