Well, what is the rest of the story?

How long has it been set up?
How much livestock?
Are you adding fertilizer?
What kind of substrate?

Is this tank what you want it to be? Plants, livestock, layout, amount of work it takes to maintain, and anything else you want to share.

What is your question?

Its been setup for a couple months already but it is until recently i decided to make it a planted tank..I did an 80% water change yesterday since i had horrible green hair algae cleaned up the entire tank from plants to rock to filter and cartridges put my live plants in a diluted bleach solution. Exactly yesterday when i cleaned up my tanked i installed my pressurized co2 i have been using eco complete substrate i have an oddysea t5 output of 216 wpg thats been on there for a month ... the plants have been doing poorly they are still growing but some leaves are dying i have 11 fishes in my 50 gallon.. no ferts have been dozen ... still waiting on macro and micro liquid fertilizers from a fellow forum user Nicolg aquatics and i will start dosing as El method ...

Could well be the fertilizer.
Fish food has most nutrients, but low levels. Enough for a low tech tank. As you get better light and then add CO2 fish food is not enough.

The zero NO3 shows that the plants are using all the nutrients that you are adding as fish food, and the slow growth shows they are deficient.

Good that you have ferts on order, I'll bet that turns the plants around, and when they do better the algae will have a harder time.

Have you ever had a reading from any of these test?
Do you know how to "properly" do the nitrate test?
Plants could consume much , but you have some(even low {5ppm}) nitrate.
The other 2 are supposed to be 0,but for them to do that you should have some nitrAtes.
