Any suggestion on clearing this up?

If it is really a bacterial bloom try UV. It would work for greenwater too. IME, when greenwater dies, there is a period of time when the water is a bit cloudy until the dead algae gets filtered out. Doesn't look very green anymore.

Your other thread focused on plant nutrients. What are you feeding the fish & shrimp?
