What rocks DON'T raise your pH?

I am having a heck of a time finding rocks that will not raise my pH. I am starting my first planted tank and have never used any real rocks as decoration before. So, I made a big mistake and got Texas Holey Rock

Took that back and the LFS told me to try Lace Rock. So I did 4 20% water changes with R/O water to bring the hardness of the water back down and hopefully the pH along with it. I added the Lace Rock yesterday and my pH is rising again. (from ~7.6 to 8.0) I have no fish in this tank yet, only plants..but I want to have angelfish and GBR so I need to get my pH down.

I'm debating just adding another piece of driftwood in place of the rock. Any suggestions?

Proabby to start off with would be Natural Lava Rock, Natural Slate, Natural Quartz, Natural River Rock, and Petrified Wood. You should test anything however with vinegar and see if it bubbles. Its faster and easier than massive water changes and starting over.
