How well do plants oxygenate a tank?

I have a new 90 gallon tank, planted with Contortion vals, Wisteria, and eventually Java Fern. (how do you attach Java Fern to driftwood, btw?)

For the critters in the tank, I will have a full load of Corydoras catfish, various rainbowfish, and a couple clown loaches on snail patrol. (And a plecostomus hypostomus named The Thing who lurks (And yearns for brains!)) Typically I would put a bubble wall along the back of the tank to assist with aeration, but as I am going for a natural look in this tank, I am wondering how well the plants will aerate the tank?

The plants won't aerate the tank, you will have to do that, plants will produce
some 02, but not enough.
You tie the furn's by either thread or if the pubic roots are long enough gently
tie those to the object.

As long as you have some surface turbidity from your filter, that should aerate the water enough for just about anything. The plants do release o2, but not enough to make it noticeable.

Got Plants?-6 CO2 + 12 H2O → C6H12O6 + 6 O2 + 6 H2O

Always interested in trades for aroids, carnivores, orchids, ferns, or whatever else you think I might like to try
