Question What all is it that I need?

Ok, lets start over, I no longer have any idea what is enough, what is needed, what is not good enough and so on.
So I'd like to list the plants I have, ferts and lighting, then possibly have you guys tell me what it is light-wise that I have, do I need more light for the plants I have? What ALL ferts do I need? Can I only dose once a week or is it something that needs to be done daily or a few times a week?
I don't need fast, crazy growth, just a calm, steady growth would be nice, bit faster than if I did nothing, but certainly not where I'm constantly pulling out plants to keep up with it.

Can anyone help me?

Jungle Val, Spiral Val, Amazon sword, Crypt, Java fern, Red melon sword, Subwassertang, Rotala green, Rotala Rotundifolia, Rotala Vietnam, Stargrass, L Aromatica, Blyxa Japanica & Red tiger lily.
Just got some bulb plants, starting to grow. Onion bulb was eaten/killed by the Corycats..."Water lily (Nymphaea Lotus Green), Onion (crinum Thaianum) and Aponogeton (Aponogeton Ulvaceus). Lily and Aponogeton are growing.

On from 8AM to 7:30PM
Angelfish 75G-
*AquaticLife T5 HO Light Link Fixture 36in. Metal reflector, 2 bulbs, T5.
*Metal reflector, 1 bulb, T8-

Discus 75G-
*AquaticLife T5 HO Light Link Fixture 48in. Metal reflector, 2 bulbs, T5.
*Lowes regular Shop Light, 48in. White reflector, 2 bulbs, T12.
*Metal reflector, 1 bulb, T8-

currently added or have in my possession
*Leaf Zone, 2 cupfuls once after each water change.
*Osmocote Plus, tabs are in the sand next to each rooted plant.
*Flourish Excel, need to purchase.
*PMDD re-mix dry, not currently used.
1 part KNO3
1 part MgSO4
1 part K2SO4
1 part CSM+B
1/4 cup dry mix in 500ml water
1 to 4 drops per gallon each day. 75 to 300 drops each day.
Can this mix be dry measured for daily dosing? I know I can measure 75-300 droplets for a larger amount to be teaspoon or tablespoon amounts instead, that would be easier than counting out droplets.
Is 1 drop per gallon for lower lighting/demand and 4 drops per gallon for higher lighting/demand? What would my lighting be considered? Is there other ferts I need to buy and add?

You have 12 hours of light over both tanks.
The Angel 75g has 2 T5's and 1 T8.
The Discus 75g has 2 T5's, 2 T12"s, and 1 T8.

You need to drop your light schedule from 12 hours to 6-8 hours.
You also need lower light due to no CO2 injection so drop down to 2 T5's per tank. Remove the T8's and T12's.
So now you have a photo period of 6-8 hours with 2 T5 HO bulbs per tank.

Is the substrate only sand? If so, keep using your root tabs near the heavy root feeders.

You're better off dry dosing EI now and it's cheaper than your liquid ferts. You'll need to buy new ferts though, it's up to you.
For EI you'll need KNO3, K2SO4, and KH2PO4. These are your Macro ferts. You'll also need CSM+B. This is your Micro fert.
Use this nutrient calculator to find your dose per day or week:
Nutrient Calculator
For 75gal dosing KNO3 for EI low light/weekly says 4.629g

Do a weekly water change. The next day dose the Macro ferts. The day after that dose the Micro ferts.
Example: Sunday do WC. Monday dose Macros. Tuesday dose Micros.

Hope that helps
