Nutrients for moss on a resin tree

I have attached xmas moss to a tree made out of resin. The tank is a low tech 15 gal column tank. The light is 23w 65000k CFL bulb in a brooder's light. How often should I add flourish to the tank? The bioload of the tank is 4 skirted tetras, 2 buenos aires tetra, 1 cardinal tetra, 3 albino corys. No need to rage that I do not have two full schools of tetra. Petco cannot seem to know the names of the tetras so now I am waiting for either the cardinal or BA to die so nature can tell me what my second tetra school will be.

Just started working with planted tanks
8g tank starring Merlin the betta (planted)
15g tall tank containing tetras and corys (planted)

NPK doesn't need to be much. Micros don't need much either. But both must be present is low amounts.

You shouldn't need to add fertilizer, the fish and a random water change is good enough.
