Osmocote+ Question

I haven't used Osmocote+ tabs before. How often do you add them to the substrate, after initial placement. All tanks are medium/heavily planted high light, CO2 injected, and PPs Pro fertilized.
Thanks

Osmocote+ since we use them submerged under water it tends to last around 3 month, 2 months if it's a sword plant. So expect to replace each tab every 2-3 months, hope this helps.
