Osmocote+

How long does this last before it needs to be replaced ?
The package says "up to 6 months".
But I think the under water thing may speed up it disolving.
I think I should also add that because I only have 10g tanks with few plants that I actually think would benefit from it I only use the individual beads pushed down into the sub/w tweezers around each plant that I want some around.

You are correct in that submerged O+ doesn't last the full 6 month, it'll last between 3-4 months then should be replaced.

45g Long - High Light Planted Tank / 30g - Plant Grow Out Tank / 100g Tank - currently resealing

I agree 3 to 4 months is about the average Time they last. Although I noticed some of my larger Amazon swords require root tabs earlier around 2 months. But they are heavy root feeders with large root systems so that's to be expected

Thanks...I didn't want to over do it. I called Nov 15th the 5 month mark so I'll
change that to Oct. 15th. The tank does get ferts but I just changed from EI to PPS Pro and it showed in reduced plant growth.
