Help with some math please

Questions like "why" aside. Need some help with a calculation.

Details:

100 gallon total water volume tank
GLA dry ferts
KNO3
KH2PO4

Mixed each at one teaspoon per 500 ml rodi water. Two separate solution.

How much do I dose each to raise PO4 by 0.03 ppm and NO3 to 4 ppm?

Thanks!
