Just added CO2.

So I've tried to keep a simple planted tank going, but have recently decided to up the ante a bit and add CO2 (I shut down my keg-orator and needed to do something with my CO2).

I've never really did hardness tests before today, so I'm not sure what my water parameters are supposed to be, but how long should I wait to see any stabilization of my water? If I just installed the CO2 yesterday, maybe a week?

Here's my set up:
29 gal
Fourite Substrate
Ultra sun and Flora sun T5HO lights
4 neons
2 black skirts
2 otos
3 bunches of Amazon swords
3 bunches of cyperus
1 microsword
2 anubias

Today's results:
pH 7.2
GH 80 (4 drops)
KH 50 (5 drops)

I see dKH mentioned, but I'm not sure how to calculate that. I've read an article that went way over my head.

So the numbers changed by minus one drop from each this morning. So I guess the tank is still in flux, or something is going on.

Any ideas when it should stabilize?
