KH /GH Test results. What does it mean?

I finally picked up a kh /gh test kit and tested my water for the first time in 5+ years of fishkeeping. Since I have been confused why my ph has been so low (ph<6). I figured it must have something to do with kh/gh and since I have dove into the deep end of a fully planted tank I have done endless hours of research on water parameters, co2, ferts and plants and still don't know what most of it means but I'm trying my best.

Long story short I tested my water and got......

KH = 1 drop
GH = 12 drops

What does this mean? Is this bad? What is the best way to fix this?

It's fine. You don't need to fix anything. You should check the water quality report from your utilities company to see what's actually in the water such as Ca, Mg, etc.
