Which defiency ?

This 32g tank was torn down and rescaped with new plants 3 weeks ago with the same working Eheim external filter. It has medium light, light CO2 and the plants are just Anubias and Java fern so far. It had a mini-cycle for about one week and is still being.fed with ammonia as there are no inhabitants.

I've been dosing with Tropica Premium since the tank cycled. Today I notice definite signs of defiency. Is this iron defiency ?

Since the Tropica Premium has no phosphate, I dosed the tank 3 days ago with K2PO4, but accidentally got a much too large dose in there. Could this be the reason of the sudden iron defiency (if that's what it is) ? I know high P levels reduce iron solubility..
