ferts ?

If i add PMDD Pre-Mix 1 lb contains 1 part each of Potassium Nitrate, Potassium Sulfate, Magnesium Sulfate, Plantex CSM+B would that be all i need to add? iv been jus using flourish comprehensive. if i used the mixture would i have to stop using the flourish? And is this a good mixture.

The Plantex would eliminate the need for Flourish, as they are both micros. You may need to supplement for P, which could be done by adding KH2PO4

can i use KMnO4 (potassium per manganate) as fert??

I don't think that would be a good idea. If I remember correctly, KMnO4 is a very strong oxidizer and would most likely not be safe for aquarium use.

Definitely not. The permanganate anion is a fairly strong oxidizer and will wreak havoc inside your tank.

Potassium permanganate would kill all livestock in the tank.

CSM+B does not have any Phosphate in it, that seems to be the only limited nutrient you are missing. But read up on dosing phosphate and Iron together.
As it is useless when dosing those two ingredients at the same time.
CSM+B works very well for sure. But I would think about dosing phosphate as well. You dont want to deprive your water weeds of any food. Good luck
