1/4th tsp KH2P04 & K2S04

46 gallon tank..

I can't find a 1/8th tsp measuring spoon. Not even local stores have one. Just 1/4th and 1/2. Would 1/4th hurt? I'm suppose to dose:

Tuesday----Day3) 1/2Tsp-KN03, 1/8ish/Tsp-KH2P04,1/8Tsp-K2S04.

If it will then I'll try to do half of 1/4th or something..

I would just eye out half the 1/4 tsp. It would be better than double dosing.

This is what I did.

I got mine from Bed, Bath and Beyond for less than $3.

I premix using distilled water and 1-Liter dispensers. Administer dosing with a 6mg/l syringe. No dry dosing. Takes the guesswork out of it.

Nitrogen and Potassium KNO3

Potasium Nitrate "Stump remover" or "Saltpeter"

Dilution Recipe - Mix 11 tsp of KNO3 into 1 liter of water
Dosing - Each 1 ml of this solution will raise nitrate in 10 US gal (38 liters) by 1 mg/l.

Phosphate KH2PO4

This will add phosphate. The potassium content is not significant

Dilution Recipe - Mix 4.5 tsp of KH2PO4 to 1 liter of water.

Dosing - Each 1 ml of this mixture will raise Phosphate levels in 10 Gal of water ( 38 liters) by .54 mg/l.

Potassium and Sulfur K2SO4

Potassium Sulfate (“Potash” - Alternative potassium source to KCl and will provide additional sulfur that is beneficial to plants)

Dilution Recipe - Mix 14 tsp of K2SO4 to 1 liter of water.

Dosing - Each 1 ml of this mixture will raise potassium levels in 10 Gal (38 liters) of water by 1 mg/l. You will need to shake up this mixture before each use
