Am I correctly calculating this?
I have 2.7ppm K in my tap water ,according to the company.
I have a 40 liter tank ,roughly 30 liters water column ,plus hardscape ,etc.
I changed 8 liters this morning.
To find out how much K I'm adding ,I do the following:
2.7 ppm multiplied by 8.000 (quantity of water changed in ml) ,then divide the result (21600) ,to 30 000 (quantity of total water column ,in ml).
It gives me 0.72 ,so does this mean I upped the K level by 0.72 ppm?
Silly simple question maybe ,but I would need some reassurance.Thank you.
