Aquasoil cycle

So i started two new tanks about two weeks ago using aqua soil. I used established filters (tore down/re-did the tanks)

I decided to check the parameters today and see how its coming along.

NH3 = 0.6
NO2 = 0
NO3 = 5

How far along the cycle would you say i am? I would say the 0.6 ammonia is from the aqua soil... It looks like the nitrite is being converted no problem.. with 5 nitrates left over..

This is my first time using ADA but i'm guessing its just a waiting game until it finishing leeching ammonia?

It took me about a month to fully cycle using Aquasoil. I also used my wet/dry that had been used on my tank before a rescape. It also helps to have your tank heavily planted from the start but patience is still the key.

I added Amano shrimp and otos as soon as my cycle was complete and then another couple weeks later added my fish back to the tank.
