Hi, I have a 3 gallon tank with 1 male Betta. I have only had it for 1 mth, Betta seems fine, I have a heater that keeps temp at 80 and an under gravel filter. Problem, I can't get PH under 7.8. It stays there. What to do? I also realized I have too many ghost shrimp for this size tank...How to politely rid the tank of these adorable creatures? Help! ops:

Theres nothing wrong with 7.8, its perfect.
