Will this work?

Ok so i just tested my tap getting closer to show time here. Anyhow i dont really understand the whole ph,gh,kh thing can you guys tell me if i am going to be able to have tetras, kuhli loaches, rcs, snails and plants with these parameters?
I used api test the ones with the drops. From what i've read people say that fish and plants adapt to your parameters but doesn't 8.4 sound too high? I have no clue what these readings mean other then i know ph above 7 is alkaline and below is acidic but i just dont really understand can someone help me. The more i read the more i confuse myself. Thanks

Can't tell you if that ph is too high but I'm pretty sure Kuhli loaches will eat up your rcs and snails.

I have read that kuhlis are harmless. Anyhow does anyone have an idea if these parameters are going to work? Do any of you have tetras in similar conditions? Should i just get fish that match my water?

Let your tap water sit out overnight and retest. pH might go down.
