Hole on chain sword - deficiency?

Hi there,
So I have noticed a tiny hole on my chain sword.
I figured it may have been potassium deficiency. So I increased dose of potassium and dose it 3 times a week.
Plants grow reasonably well, but new leaves still have some tiny holes.
Is this normal for chain swords? Or is the another type of deficiency?
I am dosing dry frets: nitrates, phosphorates, potassium, extra magnesium, csm+b, equilibrium with wc.
