What do these test results really mean??

So I emailed my citys water supply CO to get detials about Kingstons treated tap water, they directed me to an PDF report. Here is what the report shows.

Please let me know what this really means for planted aquariums as in, will dosing be nessarry or required for my tank?? will this make keeping fish, inverts and plants a bit harder then normail?

All tests are from 1ml of treated tap water samples.
Zinc 0.005mg
Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen 0.1mg
Sulphate 54mg
Manganese 0.017 - 0.037mg.
Iron 0.005mg
Hardness 4 - 553mg
Chloride 207mg
Alkalinity (as - Ca303) 363mg
Ammonia 0.005mg
Benzo(a)pyrene 0.005mg
Calcium 112mg
Nitrate 0.1mg
Nitrite 0.1mg
Boron 0.081mg

Thanks for ANY help...

Those numbers are per Liter not mL. Your water is pretty hard, but nothing extreme. Unless you want to keep certain shrimp or breed softwater fishes, it's perfectly fine.

Magnesium was not mentioned, so it is probably present in insignificant concentration. You will probably want to dose a GH builder, or some MgSO4, to get the needed magnesium in the water. If you have anything except low light you will need to dose the standard NPK and trace elements - potassium nitrate (KNO3), mono potassium phosphate (KH2PO4), and a trace mix, like CSM+B.

Or at least 1 place that I can order everything from?

So the EI methoed alone wont cut it for low/med light plant/tank?
Check out my 9x9x9" 3gal thread, that tank was grown from only tap water+excell. No other dosing or root tabs. Price is not any issue here, I am honestly trying to only keep all the dosing requirments simple. Is the PPS Pro package enough?
