Fertilizer and fish

I tried upping the dose of Flourish today because I thought my plants were looking shabby, as I have added more plants, I thought I needed a little more Flourish. But today one fish died (a boesemani), only one other fish another boesemani looks stressed. I put in 15mL of flourish into a 90 gallon tank. Is this too much, it should be 7.5mL for my tank according to the label.

Did I over dose??

It was not the Flourish that killed the fish. That's a pretty standard dose for a planted tank.

But you do know that Flourish alone is not enough for a planted tank?

No way it was the flourish. I dose a total of 30ml weekly in my 75 and everyone is fine.

I don't use CO2 yet as my tank is immature, and I have been told and read it is best to get the plants established first. Also I'm only 2.8 watts per gallon, not bad but not huge.

I really only use Flourish, Excel, Root tabs, and a little iron.

Can someone translate these to English and how do I supplement them?
KN03 - potassium nitrate?
KH2P04 - Potassium hydrogen phosphate?
K2S04 - potassium sulphate?

What do I need?

You have read wrong. If you don't feed the plants they will stop growing. You are feeding no macros. And you should start the CO2 on day one.

Macros = food
Micros = vitamins Flourish is micros

As yoink suggested read my Guide. Those are in english. You really should dose all three.
