Question Tetra AquaSafe leaching phosphates. How do i bring them down?

Hi i got my PO4 test kit in the mail today and tested my three tanks and my tap water. Well all three of the tanks tested way over 5 ppm and that is as high as mine goes it's by Hagen. The tap water had no PO4 at all. I read that tetra aquasafe caused high PO4 and need to know how to get them down.

This sure does explain why i have so much algae when everything else is in order IE Co2 and NO3.

When i did my water change on Monday i did not add any KH2PO4 and still have not added any.

So who do i bring my PO4 down?
