Will running carbon kill my beneficial bacteria?

Please let me know if I am killing my beneficial bacteria by using carbon and amonia neutralizing media . I will switch my media if it is causing a problem. Please let me know.

Thanks

i wouldn't use the ammo neutralizing material if its a planted tank and no you aren't killing your beneficial bacteria since it can grow on the carbon also some people have said that carbon removes some nutrients for plants but i'm not sure where i seen that.

i don't think it kills bacteria... but you're taking away nutrients from plants.
