Cloudy Water

I cleaned my tank about 2 weeks ago and I have had it up and running for about a year and never had this problem after a water change. its white cloudy and it won't go away.

I have a Rena canister filter for my 46 gallon and I have cycled biological media. I have live plants and my Wisteria is floating on the top becasue it is getting way to big. I took out a little more water then i usually do and I think some of the plant is dying becasue of light deprivation. I should trim that right?

Well Please give me your help it will be greatly appriciated. THANKS

I actually have that same problem. Just replaced substrate, filled with water, and after first water change, it's all cloudy.

When I had this problem in the past , and the one thing that has worked for me is daphnia, but it's a hard-to-come-by solution.
