I have the dreaded algae issues that are probably associated with light and co2 based on all the wonderful information I have read on this site. I am currently dosing with greg watson ferts, have 2 65k bulbs, and hagen co2 system.
With the appearance of the many varieties of algae, I cut the light back from 10 hours to 6 hours a day and am dosing with excel. The algae is getting butter, but I wonder . . . Is there a better way to diffuse the co2 than the hagen bubble ladder? Since the nanocube does not have a cannister filter, I can not do the inline reactor. I also really like the fact that I can hide the bubble ladder in the back compartment.
