New to Fert help me with formula's 10g tank

Ok guys i got the fert a few months ago and i never used them, got them from a friend he got them from, I have Potassium Nitrate-13.5-0-46.2, Mono Potassium Phosphate, and Potassium sulfate.
On the labels it says Sears conlin Pmidd Formula
1tbl plantex csm
1tbl mgSo4+7h20
2tbl K2s04
1tbl KN03
WHAT IS THIS formula?

My tank is 10gal 40watt cf 6500k lights, pressurized co2, i really want to use the fert, iam still learning on planted tanks. can some1 help me out on mixing and what to mix?

hrmph. There are so many variations on how much and when and how to dose, it's impossible to really say "this is the right way".

I'd suggest reading Wö£fëñxXx's dosing regime article, as well as Rex Grigg's page on nutrients for plants as well as the page on dosing dry fertilizers.

Essentially, your goal is to create a consisten level of each of hte following nutrients: Nitrogen, Potassium, Phosphorus, and Micros (that's the CSM). The levels can be found in the articles above, as well as methods for maintaining them. HTH, and GL!
