Used tap water to mix stock solution... help.

I mixed some plantex csm +B and some 10% iron chelate in my city's tap water. I read about mold affecting the plantex and that chlorine helped control it, so I mixed it with the tap water. Turned out ok, however when I mixed the iron, it started fizzing like a freshly opened bottle of pop. Anyone know what happened and what I should do? Will it affect the fertilizers? Thank you in advanced.

Thank you!

I think they can be dosed dry (i don't know how), in my case it was just easier to mix a stock solution.

To dose dry, there is a sticky just above this thread that will tell you how, it is so simple you might miss it, so pay attention.
