Pearling?

Why do plants/stuff "Pearl" in a CO2-rich aquarium? I notice tiny bubbles attached to the plants and stuff. It looks like they are concentrated on the algae too. Any insight would be helpful.

Nice to see some locals around. The pearling is because the water is saturated with oxygen. As the plants produce oxygen through photosynthesis, it forms bubbles because no more can dissolve in the water.
